Four Processor Intel® Server System On-Site Repair

- The service will also cover the customer’s CPU, Memory, Hard Drives, and Intel RAID Controllers.
- The warranty sku’s will arrive as an Electronic Warranty Key which the customer will enter in and register with Intel via a dedicated Intel web-site.
- Warranty covers most electrical components on System Products (System = Intel Barebone or combination of Intel Server motherboard and Intel Server chassis).
- Components that ARE covered are: Power supplies, Power distribution boards, Front Panels, I/O modules, Management modules, PCIe/PCI-X risers, Fans, Active/passive drive backplanes, Active/passive midplanes, Bridge boards, CPU, Memory, Hard Drives, Intel RAID Controllers.
- Components that ARE NOT covered are: 3rd party add-in cards, keyboards, video, mice, graphics cards, RAID backup batteries, optical drives, plastics/sheet metal parts, non-electrical parts, OEM-specific parts.
- This does not affect the standard three (3) year product warranty.
- An eligible Intel Channel Partner can request shipment of a replacement part before Intel has received the defective part via AWR.
- This warranty only covers the first three (3) years of the product. As of now there is no option for this service for a fourth or fifth year.
- This warranty does not include the Intel Extended Warranty and is its own individual warranty/service.

This product is not refundable due to manufacturer return policy. We only replace or repair defective product by RMA procedure.
